Our Goals

MicroXact’s mission is to identify significant technological problems, apply novel science and engineering to generate innovative solutions, and aggressively pursue commercial opportunities in which these solutions can be implemented. Employee-owned and intensely driven, MicroXact is uniquely positioned to integrate multi-disciplinary backgrounds and extensive networking with the end goal of providing high-impact products to industrial, military and consumer markets.

Past, Present & Future

MicroXact was founded in 2004 as a Semiconductor and MEMS machining and prototyping facility. Since then, the company has consistently provided process development, engineering design and product manufacturing on-time and under budget resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction. The repeat-customer base ranges from university labs and start-up companies to government labs and Fortune 100 corporations. The MicroXact team has diverse expertise covering the areas of industrial physics, optical physics, condensed matter physics, advanced electronic design, harsh-environment system design and semiconductor fabrication.

MicroXact utilizes partnerships with industry-leading corporations as well as academic institutions who are the pioneers of their fields. In addition, our team members are carefully selected to give MicroXact a significant advantage in the process of taking a concept through prototype development and, ultimately, through to a final product. These members have a proven track record and enable MicroXact to excel both as a service provider and as a product developer.
